**Aerospace Hand Former (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** In this role, you will perform complex metal forming processes, ensuring adherence to customer specifications. You will use a variety of tools to flatten, form, and shape metal parts as outlined in the Work Instructions. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand tools and Shrinking-Stretchers to flatten, form, and shape metal parts. + Follow detailed Work Instructions to meet customer specifications. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and precision. + Operate manual and powered hand tools, including hammers, protractors, hand sanders, and calipers. + Use drill presses, grinders, and measuring tools effectively. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using manual hand tools and powered hand tools. + Experience with assembly and fabrication processes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred. + Mechanical aptitude with production experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic understanding of various hammers and protractors. + Experience with visual inspection techniques. **Why Work Here?** Working here offers a rewarding opportunity with comprehensive benefits upon direct hire, including 100% coverage for medical and dental and eligibility for annual bonuses.
