**Job Title: H Shift Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a H Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and process support equipment within the plant. Your expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance will be key to minimizing downtime and maintaining compliance with industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Maintain production and process support equipment efficiently. + Locate and replace defective components promptly. + Collaborate with other mechanics on complex repairs. + Troubleshoot Motor Control Centers, relays, solenoids, and electrical drives. + Set up packaging equipment, such as cartoners. + Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices daily. + Maintain compliance with BRC and food safety requirements. + Understand the function of all production and process support equipment. + Handle SPA responsibilities for Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols. + Request parts for equipment repairs following the request process. + Follow the spare equipment schedule for necessary repairs. + Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in the Preventive Maintenance process. + Support Production Team Leader on production tasks. + Maintain housekeeping standards in your work area and maintenance shop. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting skills for conveyor systems, AC/DC motors, and pneumatic systems. + Industrial maintenance and repair expertise. + Strong mechanical skills and understanding of electrical HDMI's, fault codes. + Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA certified Forklift Operator is a plus. + Ability to use basic hand tools such as drills and grinders. + Ownership and proficiency in using a Presto Approved VOM meter digital multi-meter. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, a 401k plan with company match, and personal days and vacation time.
