Guideline Monitoring Analyst - Boston, MA / Hybrid

Boston based global investment management firm is actively looking for a Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Analyst to

support investment teams in monitoring and maintaining adherence to client and regulatory guidelines. This role involves reviewing agreements, evaluating compliance requirements, and assisting with trade-related monitoring using internal systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Review client agreements and ensure compliance with established guidelinesMonitor investment activities and resolve exceptions using compliance systemsProvide pre-trade and post-trade support to internal teamsCollaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain accurate compliance processes

Technical Skills:

Bachelors Degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred3+ years of experience in compliance, investment operations, or a related fieldFamiliarity with guideline monitoring systems (experience with Sentinel or similar tools preferred)
