Pay Rate: $21.27
SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing Guest Services staff, assigning duties, and ensuring all team members provide exceptional customer service. This role handles guest-related incidents, ensures guest are aware of venue policies and maintains accurate reporting standards. The ideal candidate will support team operations and manage break schedules, while upholding a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct staff on duties and assign to appropriate work location.Provide assistance to any Guest Services Staff member.Ensure all incident reports are completed accurately and completely according to company standards.Provide excellent customer service to all guests by remaining calm and courteous.Ensure Guest Services staff is given appropriate breaks in a timely manner and according to State and Federal Laws.Handle guest related incidents, including but not limited to, injuries, illnesses and inappropriate behavior.Ensure guests are following accesso ShoWare Center standards with regards to tickets, entrance, conduct, etc.All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in retail and/or customer service environments preferred.Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for the duration of the shift. Shifts generally last 6-8 hours.Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.Must be able to communicate effectively, written and verbal, in English.May be exposed to adverse weather conditions.Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more. Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
