Full Time 1st Shift - 40 hours per week.

Job Summary:

The Guest Services position has the responsibility to assist and/or direct patients/visitors entering the facility and to provide information to walk-up visitors/patients in a courteous and professional manner. Assist and escort patients in wheelchairs. Assist with PBX/Switchboard duties as assigned. Must be able to recognize signs of potential issues within patients and/or family members.

Job Description:

Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Consistently ensure positive customer interactionsManages difficult or emotional individual situationsResponds promptly to individual needsResponds to requests for service and assistanceFulfills commitments to individuals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentOne year customer service experienceComfortable using common computer applications
