What this job involves

The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact at the facility, creating exceptional first impressions while providing professional, personalized service to employees and visitors. This role represents and embodies the company's culture and values through every interaction. The position ensures a welcoming, secure, and well-managed reception area while supporting workplace operations and enhancing overall workplace experience.

Your day-to-day tasks will include

Welcome and greet all visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and hospitable mannerManage visitor registration process using appropriate technology systemsCoordinate with security to ensure compliance with access control protocolsNotify employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate escort arrangements as requiredAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls via the reception consoleManage inbound deliveries and coordinate distribution with mail services teamProvide general information and directions to visitors and employeesMonitor reception and lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and professional appearanceRespond to general inquiries and requests from employees and visitorsSupport emergency response procedures and building evacuations as requiredMaintain reception area supplies and marketing materialsProvide administrative support to the workplace team as neededDocument and report workplace issues through appropriate service request channels
 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position is based on-site, requiring physical presence at the reception desk during standard business hours with potential for flexible scheduling based on location needs.The role involves extended periods of sitting or standing at the reception console, regular computer use, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 pounds). TThe Guest Services Ambassador interacts with numerous employees and visitors daily in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values exceptional service and attention to detail.
 

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service rolesProfessional appearance and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesCustomer service orientation with ability to anticipate needsBasic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with visitor management systemsAbility to maintain composure in high-pressure situationsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsG-Suite experience
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality environmentsBackground in concierge services or customer experience rolesBackground in technology companies or similar corporate environmentsExperience with event or meeting coordinationKnowledge of facilities operations and workplace servicesSecurity awareness training or certificationExperience with service request management systems

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
