Make guests’ experience special by being a friendly face of the Museum & Aquarium team. Guest Associates are scheduled in the organization’s box offices, retail stores, and 3D/4D Theater. An ideal candidate is someone with exceptional service skills, feels comfortable interacting with guests, delivers accurate information to guests, works well on a team, and positively portrays the organization.
