GTM Strategy and Operations Expert in Healthcare/Life Sciences

You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing strategies to expand our presence and shape the future of healthcare.

We continuously strive to enhance the quality of care, improve patient outcomes, and foster innovation within the healthcare industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented market strategist to drive our Oracle Health new EHR initiatives.

Essential skills and experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.  Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development within the healthcare industry. Experience of delivery of large-scale system-wide programmes and development of comprehensive business cases is preferable. 5 years+ a top tier consultancy with experience with project delivery within the healthcare industry  In-depth knowledge of global healthcare trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions. Proven analytical and business and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply financial analysis to commercial issues. Ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions and strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Office suite. Minimum intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel. 

Desirable skills and knowledge:

MBA preferred  Highly numerate and confident and experienced in financial modelling, valuation analysis and business plan and commercial analysis, Proficiency in market research tools and familiarity of platforms such as Gartner, CB Insights, Forrester, Definitive Healthcare
