Job Description:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Sage, you’ll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs focused on growing revenue from our existing customer base in North America. You’ll design and run lifecycle plays that drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention, using customer insight, experimentation, and growth marketing tactics to influence customer behavior over time.
This role is suited to a growth marketer or lifecycle marketer who experienced in building performance-driven multi-channel programs and campaigns, testing and iterating on what works, and seeing a clear connection between their work and commercial outcomes. You’ll be hands-on in shaping lifecycle strategy at the program level — deciding how plays are designed, launched, and optimized — and executing those programs end to end.
The impact of this role is measurable. Success is defined by how lifecycle programs contribute to growth and retention, including ARR, and by your ability to continuously improve performance through testing and optimization. The Performance Lifecycle Marketing team at Sage is a place for marketers who want their work to matter commercially. Minimum Qualifications - What we're looking for?
• Ability to work 3 days per week from our Vancouver office
• 4 years of experience in a lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation performance driven marketing role
• Hands-on experience owning the strategy and executing of lifecycle programs and multi-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle with experience in key journey touchpoints
• You can provide examples of how you’ve used data to identify gaps in marketing programs or campaigns, run experiments, and optimize lifecycle and funnel performance, taking ownership of recommendations and improvements.
• Confident working in a marketing performance-driven environment tied to revenue outcomes
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

• Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs end to end, from planning through launch and optimization
• Effective collaborate with product, sales, brand and customer success teams and campaigns hub team.
• Design and run lifecycle plays that drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention across the existing customer base
• Shape lifecycle program strategy at the campaign and play level, including how programs are structured, sequenced, and tested
• Use customer insight, experimentation, and campaign performance metrics to continuously improve lifecycle programs
• Own campaign performance reporting to Performance Lifecycle Marketing leadership, surfacing results and insights to inform optimization
• Contribute input to lifecycle roadmaps and campaign planning, ensuring strong execution and alignment to commercial goals
• Improve lifecycle marketing processes, tools, and ways of working to support stronger execution and decision-making

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$110,000 to C$120,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20 %) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
