Role Description
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and help us grow predictable, high-quality demand. This role is for someone who can plan and execute campaigns, make clear data-based decisions, and troubleshoot funnel problems without jumping straight into random optimizations.
You'll work across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, and build a repeatable way of launching, measuring, improving, and reporting paid growth.
The right candidate is structured, practical, and comfortable making trade-offs. You can explain what you're doing, why you're doing it, and what you'll do next, clearly, simply and based on the data you gather.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other social media platforms.
+ Build campaign structures that reflect different customer intents and funnel stages.
+ Create launch plans (what goes live first, what waits, and why).
+ Run structured testing (creative, messaging, targeting, landing page inputs) with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
+ Keep measurement clean: ensure conversion tracking is working and reporting is reliable.
+ Monitor performance beyond platform metrics by following outcomes through the funnel (from conversion → to sales follow-up → to revenue).
+ Diagnose funnel issues when results don't match expectations and coordinate fixes with the right teams.
+ Produce clear weekly/monthly reporting with insights, trade-offs, and an action plan.
Qualifications
+ 3+ years experience in performance marketing / growth marketing (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
+ Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads (LinkedIn is a strong plus).
+ Strong understanding of tracking, conversion events, and campaign measurement.
+ Strong problem-solving: can investigate what's wrong before changing too many variables.
+ Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain decisions simply.
+ Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and creative stakeholders.
