The Growth Enablement Manager is a critical leadership role within Ecolab’s Enterprise Growth Operations organization, responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Analysts based in Pune, India. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality analytics, insights, and operational support that enable enterprise growth. By driving execution excellence, prioritization, and talent development, the Offshore Manager helps accelerate sales velocity, improve visibility into performance, and ensure the Enterprise Growth Operations team delivers measurable business impact for global stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts in Pune, ensuring high performance, engagement, and skill growthOwn day-to-day delivery of analytics and insights that support Enterprise Growth Operations and improve Sales Velocity (opportunities, deal value, win rate, and sales cycle time)Partner closely with global Growth Operations leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, scope work, and manage demandEnsure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of pipeline, performance, and growth analytics across enterprise accountsEstablish clear standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across the teamTranslate strategic objectives into executable analyst work plans, balancing speed, quality, and capacityReview and validate analytical outputs, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned to business decisionsDrive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and scalable analytics solutionsSupport onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to build a strong, sustainable offshore analytics capabilityAct as the primary offshore point of contact for execution, escalation, and delivery managementMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field8+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, sales analytics, or revenue operations–related roles4+ years of experience leading or managing analysts in an offshore or global delivery modelStrong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline analytics, and business growth driversDemonstrated ability to manage workload prioritization, delivery quality, and stakeholder expectations across time zonesProven experience coaching, developing, and performance-managing analytical talentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExperience working with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI or analytics platforms)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholdersHigh attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and a commitment to data quality and governanceA trusted partner for millions of customers, Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
