This represents a unique chance to deploy all of your skills and ingenuity to **position Park Hyatt Mexico City as the new market leader and fresh reference for luxury experiences.** Your focus will be to position the design, size and breathtaking views of our rooms and suites as the must see destination for anyone traveling to Mexico City on business and leisure, or ideally a combination of both! At the same time anchoring the Mexican culinary heritage journey in our food and beverage hot spots within the affluent local community. And finally, celebrating our Wellness and Spa program as the most pampering and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity in Polanco.
The Group Sales Manager is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilizes Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate. The Group Sales Manager will also participate and may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings.
Your mission: to drive market share, cultivate key relationships, and create demand for a hotel experience that embodies sophistication, artistry, and genuine hospitality — hallmarks of the Park Hyatt brand.

With passion, care, and a strong work ethic, the Group Sales Manager actively and consistently engage all stakeholders to listen, learn, and lead a diverse team focused on building brand loyalty and cultivating positive guest experiences.
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Group Sales Manager in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
· Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
· Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and brand positioning.
· Fluency in English and Spanish is a most.
