Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.Execute the strategy for the customerEnsure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role

Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) that align with Mondelez’s growth targets and the retailer’s strategic priorities.Lead the annual negotiation process for commercial terms and promotional slotsAnalyze market trends and competition to identify white-space opportunities within the NKA channel.Full P&L responsibility for the assigned group of accounts (Gross Sales to Net Contribution).Manage trade spend efficiency, ensuring a high Return on Investment (ROI) for all promotional activities.Monitor and report on monthly KPIs: Volume, Value, Market Share, and Distribution.Collaborate with Category Planning to implement "Picture of Success" (PicOS) standards.Ensure optimal shelf presence, secondary displays, and promotional compliance at the store level through coordination with the field team.Drive innovation launches by securing listings and ensuring rapid distribution across the NKA network.Lead, coach, and develop a team.Foster a high-performance culture focused on agility and consumer-centricity.
