The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Walmart International, the Group Director of People Strategy and Transformation will lead enterprise-wide HR transformation efforts by aligning human capital strategies with digital innovation and data-driven decision-making. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive organizational change, lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, and embed digital and data capabilities into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals, focusing on future-of-work trends, digital enablement, and business transformation.Partner with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and design scalable, agile HR operating models.Champion a forward-looking approach to HR that supports a dynamic, tech-enabled workforce.Digital Transformation
Lead the digitization of HR services, including implementation of advanced HR technologies (e.g., AI-powered talent platforms, robotic process automation, employee self-service tools).Oversee the design and delivery of digital solutions to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.Data & Analytics
Develop and scale people analytics capabilities to support data-driven HR strategies.Implement workforce metrics and dashboards to measure engagement, productivity, diversity, and performance across the enterprise.Drive adoption of predictive analytics to inform talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.Change Management & Transformation
Lead complex change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and M&A integration.Establish a strong transformation governance model, project management discipline, and stakeholder engagement framework.Create and maintain a continuous improvement culture across HR functions.Collaboration & Influence

Fifteen to twenty years of progressive HR/Business leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive-level role overseeing digital transformation or HR strategyDeep understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and modern digital HR technologies.Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale change and transformation effortsStrategic talent acumen as it relates to driving high performance, and identifying and accelerating employee growthA proven track record of successfully working as a business partner with a senior management team, building trusting and effective relationships with leaders across the enterpriseExperience managing and developing a team, implementing programs that attract and develop talent and organizational capabilitiesDemonstrate commitment to advancing a culture health and well-being and belongingAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
