Lead the Vision for the Club of the Future: Own and drive the strategy for how Sam’s Club will operate and serve members in the years ahead.
Transform Operating Models: Redesign how clubs work — labor models, processes, roles, and routines — to create more agile, tech-enabled, and efficient ways of operating.
Drive Digital + Physical Integration: Seamlessly connect digital tools, automation, and advanced technologies with core club operations to create frictionless, scalable solutions.
Reimagine Member & Associate Journeys: Anticipate future needs, map key journeys, and build simplified, repeatable playbooks that elevate experiences and reduce friction.
Champion Innovation & Automation: Identify and deploy emerging technologies and innovations that will define the club of the future, from front-end engagement to back-end operations.

Retail, omni-channel, or large-scale consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
