What you'll do...

The Group Director, Advanced Analytics will be responsible for leading data strategy, managing business operations, and strategic projects and analyses in the Walmart+ Membership business. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President and GM of Walmart+ and involve developing and managing strategic projects and analyses, optimizing business processes, and driving collaboration, accountability, and overall effectiveness for the Analytics function. This associate will play a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of critical projects and initiatives that will directly enable the growth of the Walmart+ Membership business.

What you’ll bring

10 years of professional experience within a data driven eCommerce or membership organizationIn-depth knowledge of membership or eCommerce businessesFluency in translating complex data into actionable insights for multiple teams and demonstrated ability to drive operational changesStrong analytical, quantitative, and project management skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executivesExperience working cross-functionally among business stakeholders and technical teams

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 7 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 9 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
7 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.
