Our Commercial Jets team specialises in arranging complex group charter solutions for a wide range of industries, including professional sports teams, touring musicians, event organisers, and many other blue-chip organisations worldwide.

We have an exciting, year-long opportunity for an undergrad student looking to gain work experience in sales within the Commercial Jets world.

Job Description

The purpose of this placement is to assist the sales brokers in our Commercial Jets division. You will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first-hand what goes into ensuring a group charter is carried out to the highest of standards. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clientsDeveloping an expert understanding of the Commercial aircraft and chartering processLiaising with clients, airlines and airportsAssisting the broker with charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight reportFlight watching/overseeing flight departures and flight reppingAd hoc administration tasks

The Placement

Duration: 12 months, ideally starting August - September 2026Based at our Surbiton HeadquartersDue to the nature of the industry, working hours will vary but predominantly 09:00 - 17:30 Monday-FridayTraining will be providedTravel opportunities will be given

Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience 

The successful candidate must be currently studying, ideally working towards a degree in Aviation, Airline, Airport or Business Management An interest in sales and / or aviation is essential Previous experience working in a customer facing roleHardworking and flexible (this is simply not a 9-5) Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantageExcellent problem solving skillsStrong resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environmentFlexible with the ability to travel often and at times, with short noticeMust live within a commutable distance to the job location Drivers License desirable

** This is a 12month Fixed Term Contract, please only apply if you are available full time between September 2026 and September 2027 **
