Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Ensure meticulous upkeep of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildingsRemove trash from office areas and community on a daily basis and prepare property trash for pick-upAssist in the preparation of available units, including removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning as neededAssist with entry level community work orders as you build your skills of your next assignmentPerform cleaning functions while operating cleaning equipment, light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work

Anticipated salary range:

• $20 /hr.

• Annual Performance Bonus

• This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Prior experience as a Groundskeeper or Porter preferred, but not required.Early-Career Maintenance Talent – You may have minimal maintenance experience – that’s ok! If you are self-motivated and want to grow a career in the maintenance industry, this job may be a great fit for you.Meet the Physical Requirements – You’re able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform repairs as neededProblem Solver – You’re able to assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quicklyPeople Person – You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great maintenance experienceMultitasking Master – You’re able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders
