Responsible for the landscape of the grounds of the Resort/Community: including laying sod, mowing grass, trimming and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing. Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant lots to a market-ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. What do you bring? + Must be able to lift heavy equipment. + Must be familiar with the use of maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers and hedge trimmers. + Problem identification and resolution. + Work independently and pay close attention to detail.
