An apartment complex in Wichita Falls TX, is looking for a Maintenance & Grounds Technician to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the property. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and managing maintenance programs, including property appearance, work orders, and cost-effective inventory control. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance in a timely manner
• Maintain Grounds around property• Work on interior and exterior property appearance and ensure a quality make-ready program
• Ensure residents receive excellent customer service and that property needs are addressed
• Work closely with the Community Business Manager to meet property maintenance needs
• Oversee and complete tasks related to the preventative maintenance program
• Perform emergency maintenance and snow removal (after-hours as required)
• Coordinate preparations for city, state, and government inspectionsQualifications and Requirements:
• General maintenance experience 
• Knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Experience using power tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, and saws
• Knowledge of safety procedures and a safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle after-hours or weekend emergencies
• Must be able to withstand extreme hot and cold weather conditionsMust be able to pass background checkBenefits and Perks:
