ResponsibilitiesReport to the welding lead and collaborate with the team.Remove rust and paint pieces that require welding.Prepare steel by wrapping and ensuring readiness for welding.Use various types of grinding discs efficiently.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in grinding.Proficiency in using different types of grinding discs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fitting/welding is beneficial, especially for those looking to advance into fitter/fabricator roles.Why Work Here
