**Job Title: Grinder/Shop Labor** **Job Description** The role involves grinding various welded parts using hand grinders and belt sanders. Responsibilities also include operating an overhead crane to move materials, weighing materials, performing part counting, and preparing shipping tags. Basic computer skills are necessary to print labels and manage inventory. It is spacious, though working conditions may include loud noise, vibratory tools, repetitive motions, exposure to metal dust, chips, and chemicals such as coolants and oil. Physical requirements involve standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and occasional bending, climbing, stooping, crawling, and crouching. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Canada, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
