Job Title: Grinder Operator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to meet tight tolerances and production goals.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC grinding machines.Maintain machines to ensure optimal performance.Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.Utilize calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.Operate and program machinery, including Mazak and Haas.Employ manual grinders and milling techniques.Evaluate and resolve problems as they arise.

Essential Skills

Experience with CNC grinding machines.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.Experience with Mazak and Haas machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with Mastercam programming.Experience in a machine shop environment.At least 18 years of age.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
