**Job Title: Grinder Operator 17/hr-20/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating surface grinders and other CNC machinery. You will perform precision grinding tasks and manage multiple machines simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results in compliance with specifications. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate surface grinders. + Perform precision grinding tasks. + Run additional CNC machinery within the shop. + Manage and operate multiple machines concurrently. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Perform radii and angle dressings on grinding wheels. **Essential Skills** + Experience in surface grinding. + Proficiency in CNC machine operation. + Ability to perform precision grinding. + Skilled in dressing grinding wheels. + Capability to read and interpret blueprint schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong math skills. + Experience with CMM is a plus. + Proficiency with micrometers. + Experience with radii and angle grinding is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health benefits including access to four free health clinics, a 401k plan, and paid time off. Work involves handling carbon and graphite materials. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
