**Job Title: Grinder Operator**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to perform manual grinding of aerospace landing gear. The role involves setting up and operating manual grinding equipment, including honing and sunin branded grinding, according to blueprints and specified tolerances. The ability to work overtime and grind on plated metals is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Manually grind aerospace landing gear.
+ Set up and operate manual grinding equipment according to blueprints and tolerances.
+ Grind on plated metals.
+ Perform minor visual quality inspections.
+ Utilize machine and hand grinding tools.
Essential Skills
+ Previous experience operating manual grinding equipment.
+ Experience setting up and utilizing machine and hand grinding tools.
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
+ Proficiency in OD/ID Grinding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in blueprint reading and machine operation.
+ Ability to perform production-level manual grinding.

Work Environment
Work in a 100,000 sq ft electro-plating manufacturing facility located in Strongsville, OH. This is an industrial manufacturing environment where exposure to chemicals and waste waters is expected. The role is primarily for the 1st shift, but flexibility for off shifts is available if needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Strongsville, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
