**7am-4pm** **$15/hr** **Phone screening first** **Onsite Interview second** **Job Description** Operate grinding equipment to remove cosmetic defects from casting prior to product machining. **Job Responsibilities** + Visually inspect casting for defects prior to grinding + Produce a finish on the casting that removes all cosmetic defects + Responsible for bringing the casting defects to the supervisors’ attention, so corrections may be made + Main objective is to ensure product quality before it enters machining area + Maintain machinery, patterns, hand tools, and other equipment in good condition + Perform job function wearing proper PPE as designated by the company + Able to safely and correctly operate hand and power tools and machinery, including forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes + Participate in training and continuing education as required + Performs other duties as assigned + Work overtime as required ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
