Greeter Responsibilities:Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arriveDetermine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/areaProvide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of serviceProvide administrative support to the staff when necessaryMaintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
