Job Description
As a Treater Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the required production rate of the prepreg treater used to produce woven prepreg. You will set up the prepreg treater oven properly and safely to run products specified on the work order, monitor its operation to ensure quality standards are maintained, and maintain product traceability with proper documentation.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain the required production rate of the prepreg treater.Properly set up and safely operate the prepreg treater oven for specified products.Monitor the operation of the prepreg treater to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain traceability of products with accurate documentation on the work order.Follow the steps outlined on the production work order to formulate each product.Complete each step of the work order and perform in-process quality checks.Essential SkillsExperience in production, assembly, kitting, machine operation, and manufacturing.Proficiency in machine operating and mechanical tasks.Strong basic math skills.Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as measuring tools.Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.Legible handwriting and printing.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of relevant, steady work history preferred, especially in manufacturing.Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks efficiently.Capability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates on a night shift from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The facility is clean and adheres to high standards of safety and organization.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
