The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Graphic Designer **Location:** Meridian, ID **What's the Job?** + Prepare artwork to meet technical specifications and requirements for digital or print distribution. + Arrange elements such as text, images, and graphics in a visually appealing and cohesive manner, following brand guidelines and design principles. + Prepare files for printing or digital distribution, including setting up bleeds, trim marks, color profiles, and resolution requirements. + Manage processes and deliver creative content through campaigns, new product introductions, and asset creation. + Follow brand guidelines and style guides to ensure a cohesive visual identity. **What's Needed?** + 3+ years of professional experience and an extensive portfolio across all mediums. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design software and Microsoft PowerPoint. + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
