**Graphic Print Specialist** **POSITION PROFILE** Ricoh is seeking an experienced and versatile **Graphic Print Specialist** to support an established on‑site print operation within our client’s environment. This role blends creative design, production art, and print knowledge. The ideal candidate is a confident graphic professional who enjoys hands‑on collaboration with customers, creative problem‑solving, and producing high‑quality print materials—from branded collateral and medical forms to wide-format graphics and digital assets. Working closely with client stakeholders and the print production team, this position ensures all deliverables meet brand, quality, and technical standards while balancing timelines, budgets, and production requirements. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Creative & Production Design** + Develops new visual concepts and translates them into effective print and digital materials. + Produces production‑ready artwork including page layout, forms, signage, wide format, and other print collateral. + Designs and formats multipage documents using style sheets, templates, and established brand guidelines. + Ensures all work meets client quality standards, brand identity requirements, and print specifications. **Client Collaboration & Consultation** + Serves as a creative contact for internal and external client stakeholders. + Provides graphic consultation and recommends effective design and print solutions. + Works directly with clients to clarify project needs, design direction, and timelines. + Manages expectations and communicates clearly regarding schedules, proofs, and production options. **Print Collaboration** + Partners with the print production team to ensure smooth handoff of files and accurate translation to final output. + Demonstrates understanding of print processes, materials, color management, and finishing techniques. + Maintains and organizes digital asset libraries using available asset management tools. **Professionalism & Operational Stewardship** + Demonstrates excellent customer service and represents Ricoh with professionalism and integrity. + Adheres to production schedules, deadlines, and established workflows. + Stays current with industry trends, evolving design tools, and new print or digital technologies. + Ensures compliance with legal and licensing requirements related to fonts, software, and file usage. + Performs additional duties as assigned.
