Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for:
•\tApproaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and serving as an example of living our Company’s Core Values & Purpose
•\tDevelop art direction for each project with little oversight or management
•\tHave experience and proficiency with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
•\tRegularly and consistently produce compelling design and layout concepts that support various marketing channels to attract, communicate, retain and grow our various audiences
•\tIllustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style and related aesthetic concepts
•\tPrepare finished copy and art files for print or publication.
•\tProvide design and copy solutions in the form of marketing content to speak to various audience segments using email, digital, and social channel communication best practices, while utilizing optimization of email subject lines, keywords and SEO tactics
•\tDesign a variety of collateral ranging from logos, vehicle wraps, signage, print collateral, story boards and web
•\tStays current with the latest design trends, technology and social media
•\tAble to take ownership and follow through on priorities set by Senior Brand Manager
•\tOther duties as assigned

Minimum:
- 4-year degree in graphic design, marketing, art or related field
- 2+ years experience in graphic design or advertising agency experience
- Has a well-rounded portfolio of innovative, design illustration and typography work
- Effective ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers.
- Proficiency with: MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
- Experience and proficiency with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team dynamic.
- Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.
- Should have product and customer demographic awareness.
- Works under stress to meet project deadlines and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly self-motivated individual.
- Strong story telling skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities; meets deadlines and works well under pressure.
Preferred:
- 2-5 years experience in food products and packaging
- Copy writing skills, and able to connect with a broad range of audiences.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
