Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of the creative department supporting brand development, marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual communication, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to excellence and innovation.
**Job Title:** Graphic Designer
**Location:** Arlington, VA - must be in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
**What's the Job?**
+ Design and manage brand-aligned campaign assets, including social media graphics, animations, email templates, programmatic ads, packaging, and in-store signage.
+ Develop editable template systems and compelling PowerPoint presentations for local teams to customize while maintaining brand standards.
+ Partner with the Creative Team Leader to organize and maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and version control across teams.
+ Contribute to brand evolution through thoughtful application of typography, color, imagery, and layout principles.
+ Support cross-functional projects by presenting creative concepts and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role or related field.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and presentation software; animation skills are a plus.
+ Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
