As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer works to execute the strategic vision of a variety of marketing deliverables, including sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing projects, client presentations, events materials and property marketing collateral. The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting visual marketing requirements by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under deadlines using Adobe CC and as required, Microsoft O360 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.Job Description
About the Role:
Interpret and execute creative design requests by reviewing briefs or project requirements and collaborating with the Creative Lead/Manager to align on design vision.Develop and refine marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, infographics) using original designs, templates, or existing assets, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.Coordinate production and finalization of creative assets, including preparing files for print, packaging artwork, and liaising with relevant stakeholders for smooth delivery.Ensure quality and brand alignment through first-level quality control, adherence to brand standards, and preparation of materials for review and distribution.Manage project timelines and communication, prioritizing workload with input from managers and coordinators, and providing updates on progress, deadlines, and outstanding issues.About You:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; minimum of 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience or equivalent.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HTML and digital marketing practices.Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset; experience in commercial real estate or high-end marketing is a plus.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
