Job Description Summary

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer works to execute the strategic vision of a variety of marketing deliverables, including sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing projects, client presentations, events materials and property marketing collateral. The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting visual marketing requirements by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under deadlines using Adobe CC and as required, Microsoft O360 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

Support creative requests by reviewing project requirements, collaborating with design leads, and producing high-quality marketing materials across various formatsAdhere to brand standards and efficiently create visual assets—maps, charts, illustrations—using original designs, templates, and updated creative toolsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to manage workload, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
