**Job Title:** Granulation & Compression Manufacturing Operators **Location:** Salt Lake City **Shift:** Multiple shifts available **Pay Rate:** $20/hr **Employment Type:** Full-Time/Temp **Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team!** We’re hiring **Granulation** and **Compression Operators** to support our production of high-quality consumer health products. These critical roles help ensure the consistency, safety, and effectiveness of our tablet-based products through precise control of the manufacturing process. Whether you're blending raw materials or running high-speed tablet presses, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us deliver excellence in every batch. **Granulation Operator – Key Responsibilities** As a Granulation Operator, you'll be at the front end of tablet production, converting raw powder blends into granules that meet strict quality specifications. **Key Duties:** + Weigh and verify raw materials per batch instructions. + Operate granulation equipment (mixers, granulators, dryers, mills). + Perform wet and dry granulation processes, including drying and sieving. + Clean and sanitize equipment per GMP and SOP guidelines. + Document all batch data and maintain compliance standards. **Compression Operator – Key Responsibilities** As a Compression Operator, you will transform granulated product into finished tablets using automated compression equipment. **Key Duties:** + Set up, operate, and monitor tablet presses per batch record specifications. + Adjust tablet weight, thickness, and hardness to meet required parameters. + Conduct compression and compaction testing. + Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate when needed. + Maintain accurate records and uphold GMP standards. **Requirements for Both Roles** + Previous experience in manufacturing (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food industries preferred). + Familiarity with GMP environments and following SOPs. + Mechanically inclined and comfortable with production equipment. + Ability to work standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and in PPE for extended periods. + Comfortable working weekend or rotating shifts. **Why Work With Us?** + Opportunities for career advancement and cross-training + Modern, clean, and safety-focused work environment + Contribute to products that improve people’s health and well-being **Ready to make a difference in healthcare manufacturing?
