What to Expect

The Cushman & Wakefield Graduate Trainee Program spans 18 months offering job rotations across departments and the chance to specialize in one of our designated skill lines. For 2026, these include Capital Markets, Office Services, Project & Development Services and Valuation & Advisory Services:

Capital Markets - we advise on the sale and purchase transactions,  and funding of all real estate asset classes, spanning offices, business parks, retail, hotels, hospitality, industrial, logistics, data centres, hotels, serviced apartments, student hostels, and residential developments. Serving financial institutions, developers, private investors, corporate occupiers, and government bodies, our team delivers strategic insights and tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs

Join our Capital Markets division for an enriching 18-month journey, working on high-volume transactions and gaining valuable expertise in the dynamic world of real estate.

Office Services - we offer tenant representation, and project marketing services for office leasing transactions in Hong Kong, with a solid track record serving corporate occupiers, property developers, institutional and private landlords, and government bodies. Our team excels in providing seamless solutions tailored to diverse property needs.
 

As a Graduate Trainee, you will embark on specialized training to build a robust business network. Over time, you will actively identify and develop business opportunities, translating your efforts into tangible outcomes that drive company success and your own professional growth.

Project & Development Services - we offer a comprehensive range of construction project management services covering technical due diligence, concept development, budgeting, programming, financing, tendering, design, construction management, relocation management, and workplace advisory throughout the project cycle.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, working on various projects from inception to completion under the guidance of our experienced professionals. This role will allow you to witness the creation of real estate projects from the ground up and develop essential skills in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Valuation & Advisory Services – we provide valuation, appraisal, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial and ESG advisory services, supporting investors, corporate entities, public-sector owners, lenders, fund managers, and government bodies. Our team excels in delivering professional services through valuation insights and market knowledge across various sectors.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in valuation and advisory processes through tailored on-the-job training. This role supports your career path towards HKIS and RICS memberships and other relevant professional qualifications, helping you build expertise, achieve professional accreditation, and contribute to both company success and your own career development.
