Job Description:
Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a vibrant team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.
A Technology Consultant is responsible for creating solution content designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will learn how to provide the deepest level of product and technology-specific expertise to support deal pursuits.
Start Date: May 2026 or later
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Workplace: Initially office-based to support the development pathway, with opportunities for a hybrid working model later in the program.
What you’ll do:
Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program.
Gather information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of HPE's customers technology infrastructure.
Actively gain market, competition, product and solution knowledge through company or self-driven trainings, internal or external engagements
Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE and competitive Compute and Storage technologies.
Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements
Maintain good communications with customers and partners.
Contribute to advancing opportunities effectively
Actively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications
Engage appropriate additional technical resources as needed
What you’ll need:
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025, or expected to graduate in 2026, in IT, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in the IT sector.
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Experience or a proven interest in stakeholder management
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
