The Opportunity:

​The Graduate Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities in line with company policies, procedures, and standards. You will be involved in day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders, helping to build positive working relationships and support the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to: 

Assist in the development of project plans and support the execution of project activities in accordance with company policies and proceduresAssist in monitoring project activities against quality, budget, and schedule requirements, escalating risks and issues as requiredSupport day-to-day communication with clients, including assisting with project updates and responses to client queriesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment with project objectivesSupport compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and recordsIdentify potential project issues and support continuous improvement through escalation and feedback

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualifications in Engineering or Project managementStrong project management skills, including planning, organisation, and coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of industry standards and best practicesProficient in project management tools and software
