Our Plant Operations graduate program offers you a delicious blend of formal and on the job training that will expand your horizons while encouraging your personal growth. **Building technical skills and experience across our Plant Operations** Over three years, your development will be formed by on-the-job industry experience where you’ll take on real responsibilities. To support your growth, you will have a line manager, a buddy and a senior leader mentor. You will grow your career and learn skills to help you navigate off the scheme, how to build connections and develop your strengths. **The Role:** You’ll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing, project engineering, and people leadership. You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in (France) which might include: · **LHF (La Haye Fouassiere, near Nantes)** · **Cestas (near Bordeaux)** **Rotations type:** You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of teams in Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality, rotations will usually last 12 months over 3 years. **What we look for:** There are a few things you’ll need to join our tantalisingly innovative company.
