Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.** Pay Range: $16.80 - $23.10 **Project Summary:** We are seeking a motivated graduate intern to develop and implement a bioinformatics pipeline for identifying paired heavy and light chain antibody sequences from single-cell RNA sequencing data. The intern will build a customized immunoglobulin gene reference data set, run and optimize a V(D)J informatics pipeline, and perform clonotype analysis and preliminary repertoire characterization.
