Required Education:

4 Year Degree The Graduate Assistant for Student Athlete Development supports the Associate Athletics Director for Student Athlete Engagement and Brand Management in the daily functioning of the department. This appointment will assist with program planning and evaluation for the Community Engagement initiative, organizing Leadership and Personal Development opportunities, facilitating Career Readiness and Professional Development programs, and providing research and administrative assistance where needed.

Requirements

Currently applying to or have been accepted to a graduate program at TCU. Start date Summer/Fall 2026.  This is an in person, on campus position. Able to work nights, weekends, and if necessary travel with respective sports.   Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated and a self-starter Knowledge of working in a diverse, multi-cultural work environment. Ability to commit to the TCU Athletics Department Pledge when interacting with students, colleagues and other stakeholders  Knowledge and understanding of NCAA and Big 12 policies and procedures. Ability to commit to TCU policies and procedures. Letter of interest, resume and three professional references.
