Government Account Manager (Chicago)

Current Associates are not eligible for Retention or Sign On Bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to driving increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locationsTactical management with the ability to execute sales plans in DC Metro territoryEnhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolutionMeet or exceed sales and net profit goals for government agencies at either the Master and/or Ship-to levelDevelop customer relationships through regular customer contact in person and over the phoneEstablish new ship to locations within the agencies that you controlConsultative approach to reviewing customer purchases, monitor critical customer metrics and recommend purchase saving opportunities through regular account reviewsProvide training to customers on internet features and functionality

Qualifications:

Basic:

High school diploma or GED required2 or more years selling experience within Federal agenciesProven business development abilityStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Demonstrated experience working with customers with a consultative sales approachStrong business acumen and problem solving skillsComputer Literacy (including internet)  30-40% travel, some may be international

Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
