Position Summary

We are seeking a Google Cloud Platform - GCP and Power Platform Developer with deep experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) to drive analytics, reporting, and insights across pharmacy claims, formulary management, rebates, utilization, and cost trends. In this role you will leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalable data processing and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,) for analytics delivery and business enablement.

As an ideal candidate you'll combine strong healthcare domain expertise with advanced analytical skills, cloud-based data engineering knowledge, and the ability to translate complex PBM data into actionable insights for clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale PBM datasets including pharmacy claims, eligibility, formulary, utilization, rebate, and pricing data.Support executive, clinical, and operational decision-making through data-driven recommendations.Design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions using Google BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and GCP-native tools.Build and maintain performant SQL queries, views, and datasets for PBM performance, KPIs, and regulatory reporting.Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across cloud-based data pipelines.Develop and maintain Power App. Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows and data refresh processes.Collaborate on Power Apps solutions to support operational and analytical use cases.Work closely with operations, finance, clinical teams, compliance, and IT. Partner with data engineering teams to optimize data ingestion and modeling strategies.Translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions.Present complex analytical findings in clear, actionable formats to non-technical audiences.Document data definitions, metrics, and business logic to support transparency and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of data analytics experience, with direct PBM or pharmacy healthcare experience.Solid experience in SQL, especially for large-scale analytical datasets.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery.Advanced experience with Power App, Power automate.


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAS, vbs or Python for advanced analytics.Experience with cloud data warehousing and analytics at scale.Solid understanding of PBM concepts such as: Pharmacy claims processing, Formularies and utilization management and Specialty pharmacy and adherence metrics.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.Master’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
