Job Summary
As part of the Global Technology Organization (GTO), this team focuses on security remediation automation. They are a group of full-stack developers building platforms that streamline security compliance and remediation across cloud environments. Key responsibilities include developing automation solutions to remediate security findings and enforce standards, supporting internal teams by creating tools like the “easy button” for seamless agent installation, and driving innovation through a new program called Catch & Release, aimed at improving security posture and operational efficiency. The team’s mission is to simplify and accelerate security remediation for internal technology teams by providing scalable, automated solutions.Job Description
This role is based in our downtown Philadelphia Comcast Technology Center.

Core Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.1–2 years of full time professional software development experience after graduation or as part of a co-op program.Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (Java, C++, C#), with a strong preference for experience in Go (Golang).Understanding of full-stack development principles and experience with backend services and APIs.Understanding of software architecture and design principles.Exposure to microservices architecture and RESTful API development.Basic knowledge of security principles and willingness to embrace DevSecOps practices.Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
