Support market research and insights related to product launches, eCommerce development, and market entry planning.

Help document current‑state processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Commercial & Operational Exposure

Analyse channel performance metrics including sales, margin, service levels, cost‑to‑serve, and inventory performance.

Prepare dashboards and reporting to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities across distributors and markets.

Conduct competitor and market benchmarking, assessing distribution models, pricing approaches, and channel presence.

Support third‑party commercial negotiations through data preparation, scenario modelling, and analysis.

Help maintain governance documentation such as scorecards, trackers, pricing files, and compliance records.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and interpret data used in GTM decision‑making.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing stakeholder feedback and supporting implementation of solutions.
