Go-To-Market Enablement Leader of Leaders
Job Overview

Role Overview
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Leader of Leaders is a senior, enterprise-wide role responsible for shaping and driving Intuit’s enablement strategy to accelerate customer-driven growth. This leader owns enablement as a durable, data-driven system—far beyond traditional learning and development—and ensures GTM teams are equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for small businesses, consumers, and partners. The role requires strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to align enablement priorities tightly to Intuit’s strategic bets and business results.

Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Leadership
This leader sets the vision for modern GTM enablement at Intuit and leads a team of enablement leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, and related functions. They bring deep expertise across enablement domains including onboarding, productivity, performance support, systems, change management, and reinforcement—designing these as an integrated ecosystem rather than isolated programs. Operating in an agile environment, this leader balances speed and experimentation with the need to build scalable, repeatable, and durable solutions that grow with Intuit’s businesses.

Data, Measurement & Business Impact
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and outcome-oriented, with strong command of measurement frameworks and analytics. They are fluent across all four levels of the Kirkpatrick model and are particularly effective at driving and proving impact at Level 4—business outcomes. This leader connects enablement efforts directly to revenue growth, productivity, customer outcomes, and strategic priorities, using data to inform decisions, prioritize investments, and continuously improve results. They can synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior leaders and partners.

Ways of Working & Stakeholder Partnership
This role requires close partnership with senior leaders across GTM, product, operations, analytics, and technology. The leader builds strong relationships, navigates competing priorities, and influences effectively in a matrixed environment. They model Intuit’s values by being customer-obsessed, bold, and decisive, while fostering psychological safety and accountability within their teams. With a strong appetite for innovation, they actively modernize enablement practices, including leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, while maintaining focus on simplicity, clarity, and long-term value.
