This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor. **This role has a fixed shift time which is between 5:00pm to 1:30am** **What You’ll Do:** • Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property. • Examine property for safety hazards, and reports problems to Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff. • Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces. • Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on the specified needs of the particular property. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. \#GWSCAN **What You’ll Need:** • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Porter position is between $35,000 annually and $45,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
