They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf, leading projects on behalf of the MD and be in close touch with the company HQ. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. **What You’ll Do** · Responsible for all administrative aspects including schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel. · Follow up and monitor decisions and tasks. · Prepare professional presentations and other materials for meetings. · Manage IT Services including Priority. · Manage Internal Communication of CBRE Israel (Internet Site, SharePoint, Newsletter, forums etc.) · Protect CBRE by keeping information confidential. · Managing HQ services (payments, front desk, Visit System etc.) * In this role you will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize your time and those you support. To be successful you will be an accomplished communicator and be confident liaising with executive level managers and their peers. * You will have the autonomy to exercise your own judgement on process and projects as well as in unexpected situations, therefore you should have some experience of process improvement, stakeholder /expectation management in a corporate environment. **What You’ll Need** · 3-5 years of proven administrative support to senior positions in a global company - mandatory · Proven organizational skills.
