Global Workforce Services Business Support and Project Analyst

As a part of Global Security, Global Workforce Screening is responsible for conducting the Firm’s screening processes in order to ensure a safe and secure working environment and to guard against the potential liability to the Firm’s employees, customers, facilities, assets and reputation.

As a Global Workforce Services  Business Support and Project Analyst in Global Workforce Services department you will provide analytical, administrative, and project support, reporting to the GWS EMEA Business Strategy, Project Management, and Experience Lead. The role involves managing the team's Book of Work and tracking change management, including document control and versioning. It includes assisting in the creation of business cases, project charters, and post-implementation reviews, utilizing project management tools like PEGA, MS Project, and Jira. Additionally, the analyst will support candidates, employees, and contractors through the screening process, ensuring optimal system alignment and experience improvement. Overall, the position requires a focus on enhancing project and experience support within the organization.

Job Responsibilities 

Develop and maintain reporting systems, including dashboards for tracking key metrics.Support budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting activities.Prepare documentation and metrics required for control reviews.Maintain document control and versioning for essential documents.Assist with Book of Work Management by coordinating daily reviews and tracking change and document management items.Prepare status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as needed.Help prepare business cases, project charters, and conduct post-implementation reviews.Use project management tools such as PEGA, MS Project, and Jira to monitor activities and performance.Provide guidance to candidates, employees, and contractors navigating the screening process across the EMEA region (35+ countries).Collect information and complete screening data entry for senior employees, working closely with executive assistants.Test vendor systems to ensure optimal candidate experience and alignment with requirements, supporting continuous improvement for users and stakeholders.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

Experience in project management tools (e.g., PEGA, MS Project, Jira) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in automation tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau)Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail orientatedSelf-starter and able to research independentlyBasic understanding of legal and regulatory themes such as GDPR in the EMEA regionExcellent communication and coordination abilities
