How you will contribute

In this role, you will:

Act as a global point of contact for all Mondelez related Vendor governance topicsDevelop/implement policies, processes and standards, and guidelines based on Internal & Industry standards and best practices and collaborating globally with the Vendor Domain stakeholdersStand up the data governance and change control processes and champion relentless documentation of all data standards and usage designsConsult and coach regional and global process teams, including leaders, to build Master data governance, data analytics and insight capabilitiesEnsure Data Governance capabilities are embedded into Master Data GovernanceOwn and maintain the global data catalogue for the domain (Gold Model/Data catalogue)Handle escalations to and from regions (Issues, Changes, Request for info/guidance)Provide guidance and ensure adoption of Master Data standards, data model and other related within global programs/projects, where requiredLead Global Vendor Governance Council to foster a cross-functional and collaborative agenda with data stewards, data custodians, and other data rolesOwn agreed dedicated roles of the Global Vendor Domain Governance (e.g., Global Data Management process adjustments, Data Model changes, access / mass change & system access approval handling, project support, etc.)Evolve and mature Vendor Data Governance through Continuous Improvement initiativesAudit, own change controls and support testing and training requirementsLead and proactively drive data quality improvement initiatives in partnership with the Data Quality and Regional teams. Collaborate with influencer/ key-stakeholders to meet the agreed KPIs and Data Quality targets.

Fluency in English languageHigh emotional intelligence to work effectively in diverse cultural contexts and across different personalities and adapt communication styles accordinglyEffective communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams10 years of business experience in two functional Areas such as Procurement/Supply chain - 5 years in Mondelez10 years in master data management of which min. 5 year in MDLZAgile mindset and analytical thinking to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and assess vendor metrics for improvementsCuriosity and passion for continuous learning and finding innovative solutions that enhance business performanceTechnologically savvy, able to work with different systemsStrong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, complex situation analysis and critical thinking skills, ability to challenge and work independently to achieve a given objectiveRelationship management with a client focusProven experience with one or more Data Management tools, such as SAP MDG, SAP PLM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA among othersExperience in Master Data or data-related role is a plusDAMA CDMP certification is a plusPEGA knowledge and expertise is a plus

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
